An independent production company based in Copenhagen, founded in 2013 on an innovative, artist-led business model. The company was born out of a desire to develop original stories in a community where directors, writers and producers can share and discuss their work, creating artistically strong feature films and television for both Scandinavian and international audiences.
Creative Alliance is co-owned by three experienced, Nordic filmmakers: writers/directors Ole Christian Madsen, Lone Scherfig and producer, CEO Malene Blenkov. Between them, they have been behind a varied body of cinematic and televised work enjoyed by audiences worldwide and celebrated with numerous Danish and international awards. Creative Alliance collaborates with new as well as established writers, directors and producers to continuously develop and produce the slate of high quality projects.
